Send Us Your Referral
A current referral from your GP or another specialist is required for a Medicare rebate. Ask your GP to send it to our referrals inbox, or upload it yourself when you book. If you don't have one yet, book first and send it through before your appointment.
Complete Your Intake Forms
You'll receive a secure link to your intake questionnaires by email. Completing these before your appointment gives your clinician a fuller picture of your history and makes the most of your consultation time.
Attend Your Appointment
Attend by telehealth from anywhere in Australia, or in person at our Sydney clinic. Your clinician will discuss assessment findings with you, write to your referring GP, and arrange any follow-up appointments you need.
