Dr Jaclyn Lam graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She completed her specialist psychiatry training through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), becoming a Fellow (FRANZCP). During her training, she gained broad experience across public inpatient and community mental health services, working at Royal North Shore Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital, and across the Mid North Coast of NSW. In addition to her clinical work, Dr Lam holds a conjoint position as Associate Lecturer at Macquarie University Medical School and has a strong interest in medical education. She has developed particular clinical interests in bipolar affective disorder and adult ADHD, alongside extensive experience in managing mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders, and takes a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to patient care.

Working Experience
Dr Lam has experience working in both public and private sectors in psychiatry. She has worked in public inpatient and community mental health services in Royal Northshore Hospital, Northern Beaches Hospital, and the Mid North Coast of NSW. She is passionate in medical education and holds a conjoint position as Associate Lecturer with Macquarie University Medical School.
